NCI observed MOP stranded on island. Causeway closed. HMCG asked NCI to tell casualty they had been seen, but no response. 2nd casualty then seen. CRT tasked. Casualties then started fishing.
AWLB tasked, but casualties stated they would carry on fishing and return when tide fell. NCI had not been informed of their intentions.
