NCI observed a MOP walking towards cliff edge, appeared agitated, then sat with head in hands. HMCG informed, monitoring requested. casualty then moved inland, out of sight, CG informed, CRT to attend
CRT liaised with NCI and carried out search, but no further sightings were had. NFA.
