Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI re. vessel lost power, but it was out of visual range. NCI later established visual as visibility improved. Pan Pan issued, FV responded and towed casualty to harbour to anchor.
Casualty eventually reached harbour with auxiliary engine, all safe.
