Incident Summary:
NCI observed 3 teens on inflatable being pushed down estuary on ebbing tide. casualties waving. HMCG informed, camera link established. ILB and CRT tasked. 2 Casualties then got into water, trying to
swim. 1 casualty reached shore, and adult tried to recover dinghy in chest deep water. ILB reached casualties to check they were OK. All safe, assets stood down.
