Incident Summary:
MOP informed NCI a walker had fallen, injuring their knee. W/K offered first aid, Ambulance called but no ETA. HMCG informed. W/K remained with casualty, CG asked ambulance for ETA, CRT tasked.
CRT and ambulance diverted to heart attack, so friend of casualty took them to hospital.
