HMCG called NCI re. ILB tasked to paddle boarder. LB asked NCI for visual, which was confirmed. Original casualty was safely ashore, but a second was stranded on the mud. ILB unable to reach due to
lack of water. CRT tasked and second casualty recovered, ambulance requested as suffering from cold.
