Pan Pan from a powerboat taking part in a race - taking on water. Assistance required. yacht pulled alongside to help, comms poor. HMCG asked NCI for visual, which was established, monitoring
continued. ILB was tasked, and escorted casualty to marina despite water ingress worse. All safe.
