NCI informed HMCG fireworks were being let off on beach, 3 vehicles involved. Rockets could be mistaken for flares. Police then informed, when a confrontation developed between perpetrators
and walkers with dogs. Details of vehicles involved supplied to Police, but vehicles left the scene.
