HMCG contacted NCI re. missing wind surfer, reported by MOP. CRT tasked, NCI carried out search and saw 1 windsurfer, with sail up, and nothing else. Informant contacted and said they had mistaken
the windsurfer for a jet ski lane marker buoy. Assets stood down.
