NCI observed an unmanned inflatable, with oars, drifting. HMCG informed, Monitoring continued until lost from sight, no persons seen. ILB tasked, but could not locate dinghy, AWLB tasked.
NCI then spotted tender and conned ILB onto it for recovery.
