Incident Summary:
HMCG called NCI requesting a visual search for paddle boarders - negative. Lookout closed, but S.M. then was asked to return and continue search - still negative and light forced close down.
One casualty was later found safe , and second had swum ashore and his deflated PB found near Hengistbury HeadI.
