Incident Summary:
NCI logged cabin cruiser leaving marina. Marina contacted NCI due to vessel owing fees. Vessel then broke down, NCI informed HMCG, but no longer had visual. Pan Pan issued, jetski responded and
stopped casualty drifting onto beach. CG tasked ILB, NCI gave location. LB unable to return to marina due to falling tide, so towed to Swansea for repair.
