Pan Pan from sailing vessel, loss of power. NCI obtained position from AIS, informed HMCG they had visual. Vessel drifting, 6 POB, tow requested, AWLB tasked, pilot boat started tow, which was taken
over by AWLB. Casualty returned to quay and safety.
