20th December 2022. Where did 2022 go? It seems like only yesterday that I was writing last year’s Christmas message. I assume it’s because it has been yet another busy year with close to 100 more incidents than last year, two Royal visits, The Platinum Jubilee and sadly the passing of Her Majesty The Queen.

Once again you have all responded magnificently to all these very diverse responsibilities showing the ‘can-do’ attitude of our organisation at it’s very best whilst never neglecting our core duty of looking out of the window.

I make no apology for repeating my message of last year in offering a special thanks to your partners and families who, whilst often in the background, support the work of NCI.

So once again Thank you and I wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous 2023.
