Pan Pan heard by NCI, not acknowledged. HMCG informed, position given. Yacht with spinnaker issue. CG to contact regatta committee. CG asked NCI to use Ch16 due to comms issues.
Second yacht responded but gave wrong position and mentioned fouled prop. Casualty progressed to harbour, escorted by regatta boat.
