Incident Summary:
NCI observed several MOP lying to swim across estuary. They turned back but NCI notified HMCG in case they tried again. ILB tasked, proceeded to site where more had gathered. CRT tasked to help.
ILB started ferrying casualties across to safety, Police also notified. In all 19 MOP ferried to safety
