Incident Summary:
Motor boat, at anchor, reported to NCI they had been struck by a sailing yacht. Bow damaged but not taking on water. Advised to call HMCG, and NCI advices CG they had visual.
Vessel decided to return to harbour, but had to wait for tide. NCI monitored until vessel safe.
