Incident Summary:
NCI observed wind surfer unable to get back onto his board in strong wind. Fellow wind surfers reported to NCI he was injured and getting very cold.HMCG informed, ILB tasked, and casualty recovered.
Once onshore, he was helped to car by fellow wind surfers.
