MOP reported to HMCG a drifting open boat 200m off beach. NCI unable to see due to poor visibility. ILB tasked. Potter identified, 1 POB, all appeared well, however after further search was -ve
returned to potter and it had been reported as having a problem. ILB towed potter to harbour.
