May Day reporting man overboard from small dinghy close to harbour. 2 persons still on board. Reporting vessel too small to recover casualty, but standing by. NCI reported to HMCG that had visual.
casualty into open dinghy, but vessel taking on water. NCI maintained visual. Dinghy restated motor and reached safety, escorted by reporting vessel. All safe.
