Station Managers are responsible to the Board of Trustees for the management of NCI Gwennap Head and are vital to the consistent and professional delivery of our service, to the SAR community. They ensure all aspects of our operational efficiency and manage our resources whilst, at the same time, ensuring a democratic and transparent process for the selection and appointment of all our Station Officers. They ensure that our charity funds are managed locally, held securely and used prudently...and, in their spare time(!), they aim to ensure that all our watchkeepers are part of ‘ a happy ship’!
Our Station Managers are vital to our role as the SAR services ‘Eyes Along The Coast’. As such, we feel it is only right to record the members of NCI Gwennap Head who have dedicated themselves to that key role over the last 25 (and counting) years....
