NCI observed large cabin cruiser drifting down channel, then turning and making way against tide. Vessel observed to drift again, then try to motor against tide. HMCG informed.
Vessel called CG on 999, ILB tasked. and established tow. AWLB tasked to assist and took over tow. NCI lost sight of incident
