All National Coastwatch Stations are required to be self funding and we therefore rely on the efforts of our members to raise the money to keep us afloat. We do this usually by collecting outside supermarkets, street collections and by strategically placed collecting pots that local shops and busineses are kind enough to place in their premises. It takes over £2,000 per annum to keep the station running and we look to all our members to help with fundraising.
