12th October 2020. The fundraising team from the National Coastwatch Institution station at Newhaven were out in force this weekend with some new assistance!

 The fundraising team of volunteers were out in Covid-19 compliant)force this weekend in the local shopping area where they were  ably assisted by their mascot, Mike 65, and his friend Peter the Polar Bear. They raised over £500 towards much-needed funds from a very generous public.

 Peter the Polar Bear looks like he's tired out from all the well-rewarded effort!
