3rd March 2022. The National Coastwatch Institution station at Cromer recently received a very kind donation of two new office chairs and a VHF Radio handset from Lizzie Wallis. Station Manager Richard Leeds and two watchkeepers received the generous donations at the NCI station in East Runton.

Lizzie said “The local National Coastwatch Institution is an ideal cause for me. As an all-year-round sea swimmer staying safe on the coast is something I pay a lot of attention to. I am grateful for the additional ‘eyes along the coast’ that the National Coastwatch station at Cromer provides; helping ensure that everyone stays safe on our wonderful North Norfolk coastline. I am glad to be able to help make the volunteers a little more comfortable in the valuable work that they do."
