MOP informed NCI there was a person in water waving arms. Wind surfer identified with equipment failure. HMCG informed. Yacht attended and went to recover board. ILB tasked, yacht brought board back
to casualty, NCI conned ILB to casualty and casualty and board recovered to beach.
