Pan Pan from catamaran with failed engine, drifting towards harbour entrance. 4 POB. HMCG tasked ILB, who advised no medical or shore assistance was required. ILB towed casualty to harbour.
NCI called Harbour Master to make him aware. Vessel towed to safety.
