Pan Pan heard re. yacht with engine failure in harbour entrance, 2 POB with lifejackets. HMCG responded, NCI informed CG they had visual. Casualty at anchor. Jet ski then towed vessel to deeper water
ILB tasked, one crew placed on vessel., and undertook tow to harbour.
