NCI observed a single manned dinghy leaving estuary, fishing and drifting. Weather deteriorating, fog reducing visibility. Visual lost so HMCG informed. CG called vessel on Ch16 - no response.
Watch maintained, harbour patrol alerted, which located vessel - all Ok. NFA.
