Incident Summary:
2 RIBs ( one with 6 POB, one with 3 POB) were observed tied together, aground in channel. No lifejackets. No immediate danger, one RIB tried to tow other off, people in water. HMCG received 999 call
from MOP. NCI confirmed to CG they had visual. Not enough water for ILB, so decided to wait for tide. Both vessels refloated and progressed up channel, CG advised. Met by ILB crew and advised.
