NCI heard MayDay from yacht which was towing a windsurfer with a broken mast. Towline had fouled propellor. Windsurfer in the water and unable to get on board. Tow continued under sail but assistance
requested. NCI informed HMCG they had visual. Downgraded to Pan Pan, vessel offered assistance but ILB tasked, recovered casualty, NCI lost visual. All safe, NFA
