Incident Summary:
Large cargo vessel reported loss of engine power, and drifting towards Wolf Rock. AWLB x 2 tasked, NCI asked for visual monitoring. Vessel ran aground, then refloated, but reported damage to ballast
tanks. HELO also on scene. Tug requested for a tow to harbour, LBs stand by until tow under way. NCI stood down.
