Incident Summary:
Yacht informed NCI on Ch65 it had lost power as it was entering harbour. HMCG and QHM informed. casualty made way under reefed sail. Casualty then lost wind and requested tow from CG.
2 unidentified RIBs then established tow, and casualty safely towed to harbour and safety.
