NCI observed MsOP dragging inflatable out to sea, none wearing lifejackets. Dinghy began drifting out to sea. MOP swam out from shore, then returned. Dinghy continued to drift out.
HMCG informed, due to concern for their safety, however they managed to return to shore and safety. NFA
