HMCG requested visual on 2 windsurfers being swept out to sea. Nothing seen. ILB tasked to search. Eventually saw abandoned sail, but no visual on board or surfer. Sail retrieved and returned
to owner waiting on shore. ILB found second surfer paddling across estuary, confirmed everything OK.
