MOP reported to off duty NCI W/K dinghy with 5 POB and dog drifting towards rocks. Attempts to start engine and rowing fruitless. Dinghy hit rocks, 3 persons plus dog scrambled ashore.
Safety advice ignored, CRT arrived, AWLB and ILB tasked, dinghy towed back to beach and all occupants reunited
